I really enjoyed working with Mike. Once I gave him the punch list of things to do, I did not have to worry about a thing. All of the work was taken care of in a timely manner. His appearance is clean, neat and professional. I also appreciated the detailed invoices that he gave me for the work done. Mike is personable and it's easy to work with him. As a realtor I have been involved in transactions where Mike has acted as the home inspector and others where Mike was hired as the general contractor to do work on a home. In both cases he was excellent to work with. Mike is thorough and careful, very knowledgeable about his work, on time and all at a reasonable price. He is also a nice person to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a handy man, home inspector or general contractor.

Mike managed several projects from basic yard cleanup to home repairs to an extensive bathroom remodel and he and his crew planned and completed each one on time and on budget. I have hired Mike and his crew for many projects including the reconstruction of my flat roofs into peeked roofs. Each time the job was done very well and at a fair price. I've also had Mike and crew perform other household task including remodel of a bathroom, installation of garbage disposal and repair of sprinklers. Again jobs well done and his crew is extremely personable, they cleanup after each job. .Mike takes great care in making sure each job no matter how small is done well and professionally. I can't live without these guys.
